Pompey will win. Cardiff has a good side, but Pompey's side is a little larger than theirs so they should be a more rested team going into the match. Pompey has more quality in their squad and should win the game.

But this year's FA Cup has been full of surprises and one more surprise (Cardiff winning) wouldn't surprise me to much.

I could give you a lot of tips for a sweeper but here are two that might help.

Always be vocal and make sure your team in front of you can hear you. As the sweeper you are the last line of defense before the keeper and you can see the entire field. Help your team by giving them instructions on the pitch.

Also a sweeper must have good positioning. Talk to your coach to see where he/she thinks you should be playing. You don't want to be too deep or too flat.

My best memory is a game I was playing for Canada.

During the National Anthem, I looked down the line of players, all standing with their hands on their chests, and my coach, Steve Hart, was looking back at me.

Steve has coached me since I was a kid and we both dreamed of playing or coaching with the Canadian National team, and that was the first game we were there together.

Steve drove me to practice when I was 8 years old and coached me at all levels, provincial teams, Canada Games, and the National Team.

What a moment that was.

David is great. He is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen in a training session.
